The schirpMAG ® System contains strong capture-capacity ‘Neodym’ magnets. The schirpMAG ® System is
fitted into a piping system similarly to a divisible piping bracket. Dependent on the background scope, practically
100% of all residue becomes adhered to this pipe fitting, which is specifically developed for the process.

A schirpMAG ® 55 can filter-out and extract metal
particles practically 100% out of bulk goods. The
System has a long service life, and is easy to cleanse.
Even metallic dust can be extracted by means of the
extremely strong magnetic field in combination with
the electronic metal separator facility.
The schirpMAG ® System Systems comprise a special
conveyor connector-piece with hinged magnets.
Gone, are the time-consuming cleansing routines of
the funnel magnets, which are frequently neglected
for this reason.

Example – illustration below – a combination of an
all-metal separator (blue) with the schirpMAG ® 55
System (left).
The loss of goods from metal contamination is
practically reduced to zero. The depreciation of the
equipment is thus guaranteed within the shortest
possible time.
When sufficient detection capacity in the all-metal
separator is present, the cleansing of the
schirpMAG ® System can be effected via the separator
during operations. Alternatively, manual removal of
residue is possible via the quick-grip facilities of the
schirpMAG ® Systems, during short pauses between
conveyance routines.
The magnet is briefly opened and the all-metal
separator ejects the collected metal residue in a
single separating routine. The loss of goods via the
metal separator is thus reduced by 80% in several
production lines. This achieves cost-savings of
several thousands of Euros each year!
