<strong>AWARD</strong> <strong>RECIPIENTS</strong><br />
The Elmer F. "Ace" Godwin Scholarship program was initiated during 1993 and the<br />
Christopher Kenneth Eoll Memorial Scholarship was started in the year 2000. In 2010, the<br />
<strong>IWCS</strong> initiated an endowment scholarship program partnering with the University of<br />
Massachusetts - Lowell and the University of North Carolina - Charlotte.<br />
