More than 345 participating<br />

companies: a massive thumbs-up<br />

for the composites industry!<br />

The new <strong>Composites</strong> Hub in <strong>Asia</strong>:<br />

Since last year, <strong>JEC</strong> <strong>Asia</strong> has grown markedly in scale with a 10<br />

percent increase in exhibition space due to bigger booths.<br />

The annual event continues to garner the support of various globally<br />

renowned academic institutions and industry associations<br />

from across the <strong>Asia</strong> Pacifi c MEA region including:<br />

Australia, China, Hong-Kong, India, Iran, Japan, Korea, Malaysia,<br />

Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E. and<br />

Vietnam.<br />

Among European exhibitors: Austria, Denmark, Germany, Italy,<br />

the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, were the most<br />

represented with France.<br />

The show also hosted national pavilions such as: Australia,<br />

China, France, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan.<br />

They all played a key role, promoted the event via their members<br />

and played a big part in the success of this session, with:<br />

National pavilions and “Starter Village”, that gave companies<br />

and training organizations the unique opportunity to present<br />

their products and know-how,<br />

Participation in the economic conference and end-users forums,<br />

Proposal of innovative processes and competitive products for<br />

the Innovation Awards Programme and display of innovative<br />

parts in the Showcase, and managed local delegations with<br />

VIP visitors and end-users top decision buyers.<br />

<strong>JEC</strong> <strong>Asia</strong> also featured an extended geographical scope as compared<br />

with previous editions, with new participating countries<br />

such as UAE making their debut at the event. Another significant<br />

feature is the increased number of companies showcasing their<br />

latest products and technology capabilities for the first time in<br />

<strong>Asia</strong> at this year’s event.<br />
