KONA passed through unrelenting quality control checks throughout the<br />
manufacturing process. For this very reason KONA is proud to offer a<br />
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON GUITARS / 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON AMPLIFIERS.<br />
KONA guitars/amplifier are warranted to be free from defective material and<br />
workmanship from the date of purchase when purchased from an authorized<br />
KONA dealer. The KONA warranty covers the repair of any defective part or<br />
material that was part of the guitar/amplifier when it was originally purchased<br />
(excluding guitar strings).<br />
WARRANTY COVERAGE:<br />
For a period of 5 years of guitars / 1 year on amplifers after the original purchase<br />
date KONA will warranty any material or workmanship that is deemed defective<br />
(excluding guitar strings) by KONA during normal use. KONA at, its option, will<br />
replace or repair at no charge the defective guitar/amplifier. The warranty does<br />
not cover any damages caused by misuse, abuse, changes made to the product<br />
either cosmetically or otherwise, accident, neglect or repairs made by someone<br />
other than KONA. To request warranty service, a return authorization must first<br />
be obtained by calling M&M Merchandisers at 817-339-1400. Once you have<br />
received an return authorization the defective product must be shipped<br />
prepaid to M&M Merchandisers 1923 Bomar Avenue Fort Worth, Texas 76103<br />
