拍 卖 会 注 意 事 项
A few words of caution when buying horses at the JRHA Select Sale.
参 加 「 顶 级 良 驹 拍 卖 会 」 时 的 注 意 事 项 。
●Applying for Purchase ――
Any person who wishes to purchase at the Select Sale are required to apply and register by
providing his/her name and address no later than five (5) days prior to the opening of the
sale. Deposit of prepayment is required when you apply and register.
有 关 竞 买 者 登 记 的 手 续 ―
参 加 顶 级 良 驹 拍 卖 会 需 要 进 行 「 竞 买 者 登 记 」。 请 在 拍 卖 会 5 天 前 办 理 相 应 的 手 续 。 另 外 , 登 记 时 需 要
交 纳 预 付 金 。
●Payment of Purchase Price ――
Buyer is required to pay the Purchase Price, the sum of Highest Bid Price plus Consumption
tax, in full to the seller within ten (10) days immediately following the last day of the Sale.
However, with regard to foals only, the following arrangements for payment may be used: fifty
percent (50%) of the Purchase Price is paid within ten (10) days immediately following the last
day of the sale at the Market, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the Purchase Price is
paid no later than March 31 of the following year.
The Purchase Price have to be paid in Japanese Yen currency by wire-transfer.
关 于 价 款 的 支 付 期 限 ―
请 于 「 顶 级 良 驹 拍 卖 会 」 最 后 一 天 的 次 日 起 10 日 内 将 买 受 价 款 即 成 交 金 额 加 上 消 费 税 后 的 全 款 以 日 元
方 式 给 予 支 付 。 但 购 买 当 年 出 生 的 零 岁 驹 时 , 则 可 在 拍 卖 会 最 后 一 天 的 次 日 起 10 日 内 支 付 价 款 的 50%,
余 额 可 在 第 2 年 的 3 月 底 之 前 支 付 。
●Ownership and Delivery of Horse ――
Ownership of the horse is changed from the seller to the buyer upon completion of payment
of the Purchase Price in full and delivery of the horse to the buyer has to be made after a
payment of the Purchase Price in full.
关 于 所 有 权 的 转 移 及 马 匹 的 移 送 ―
购 买 价 款 全 额 支 付 完 毕 之 时 所 有 权 转 为 购 买 人 所 有 , 马 匹 可 以 进 行 移 送 。
●Quarantine of Horse ――
If you wish to export the horse to China, the horse have to be quarantined for a certain period
of time required by the law.
有 关 检 疫 ―
成 交 马 驹 运 往 中 国 时 需 要 接 受 一 定 期 间 的 检 疫 。
