1 A. I'm trying to remember them. There
2 was one in 1980 -- '80 or '81.
3 It was a child with tibia vara that
4 underwent the surgical procedure and had a
5 complication of the surgery where there wasn't
6 sufficient correction. That was settled, and the
7 next one ---
8 Q. Hang on. The one -- the child with
9 tibia vara, do you know who the plaintiff's
10 attorney was?
11 A. No.
12 Q. Was there a lawsuit filed for that?
13 A. I don't know the legalities of it. I
14 would imagine there would have been if it was
15 settled, but I don't know that for a fact.
16 Q. What about the next one?
17 A. The next one was a tibial fracture
