The Hamilton KB1E “Automatic” Stand has been one of Hamilton’s premier
stands since 1883! Its precision clutch mechanism holds up to 10 pounds.
The adjustable-angle steel desk is 19 3/4” x 13 3/4” with a height from 26”
to a full 48”. The desk, base and outer tube are finished in a durable black
epoxy finish with a chrome-plated inner tube.

E. Manhasset Acoustic Shield
Made of clear, durable Lexan polycarbonate. The 22” high x 26” wide desk
is larger than conventional music stands and designed to effectively provide
hearing protection for musicians stationed in front of other musicians, yet not
causing impaired vision for players behind the shield. The Manhasset Acoustic
Shield extends to a height of 66” for standing or seated performers but can fold
down to 37” allowing it to be comfortably tucked behind your chair when not in
use. Shields can be positioned around percussion sections or as a deflector for
French horn players when placed behind the bell to reduce the hearing impact
on other musicians. The Acoustic Shield is equipped with a collapsible tripod
base and a 1 1/2” desk ledge so it can easily double as a fully functional music
stand for directors or musicians desiring a larger music desk, yet not wanting to
sacrifice visibility.
