New Exhibitors and Spectators
A New Exhibitor Briefing and Dog Show Tour will be held by each club on
the day of their show respectively. The New Exhibitor Briefing will begin
30 minutes before the start of each show. A sign will be posted at the
show secretary’s table on the time of the Dog Show Tour each day. For
more information, contact the club’s Show Chairperson.

The show grounds will be located at the South Grass Courtyard. The Ramada Inn & Tennis
Club, Claremont is located off the Interstate 10-San Bernadino Freeway. In Claremont take
the Indian Hill Blvd. Exit (Exit 47) off of I-10 toward Claremont. Turn right onto S. Indian HIll
Blvd. to the Ramada.
There is a McDonald’s, Denny’s, Starbuck’s and Charo Chicken and Mini-Market located on
the property. If you plan on staying at the Ramada, please call the above number and
make your reservations with Steve Mercado at extension #103. Advise him that you will be
attending the Collie Shows. Room rates are $79.00 plus tax per night and are for 1 or 2
beds in the room. There is also a $99.00 refundable deposit required at check in for cash
paying guests with dogs in their rooms. Please remember to use good common sense
when keeping your dogs in the rooms. REMEMBER...all dogs left unattended in the
room MUST be crated. This is for your dog’s safety and the staff’s safety. Guests will be
asked to leave the hotel if they cannot abide by this rule.
Important Parking Information
There is no charge for day of show parking. However, you will need to park on American
Way (south side of site) only. Overnight parking on side streets is prohibited by Claremont
City Ordinance. Do not park in the hotel lot if you are not a hotel guest.
Overnight RV Parking is limited to 10 spots. The rate is $35.00 + tax per night. Check in at
hotel front desk to register and pay. A parking permit will be issued and instructions where
to park given. All vehicles must be fully self contained and include a fire extinguisher.
GENERATORS MAY ONLY BE OPERATED AFTER 9:00 AM AND MUST BE SHUT DOWN
AT 8:30 PM. This is a Claremont City Ordinance.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
There will be no set-ups on the
show grounds prior to 4:00PM on
Thursday before the shows. This is
a stipulation by the grounds owner
and we must follow their requests.
Do not exercise your dogs on hotel grounds if you are not a hotel guest. There is
sufficient area on the show grounds to exercise your dog and always remember to
clean up after your dog! Thank you.
