Upperclassmen can choose to have the Unlimited Meal Plan. The price is estimated to be $1519.00 per semester. Note: All resident students are required to purchase a meal plan at the designated rate. The meal plan will be charged to the student’s account when the student is assigned a space in the residence halls. 4
Online Application Students are able to start applying online beginning February 1, 2011. How to apply online 1. Log into your KeanWise account. 2. Under the subtitle “Other”, click on the “Housing Application” link. 3. Select the term you are applying for. (Fall 2011) 4. Once on the application screen please review that all the information is accurate. (Name, address, phone, e-mail, gender, etc) If any of the information is not accurate , please contact the Registrar’s Office or the One Stop Office to change the information the University has on file. Update the incorrect information before submitting the application. 5. Fill in the cell phone and other e-mail account sections . 6. Select your building preferences based on priority order. 7. Choose your personal preferences. 8. Complete the roommate/suite mate preference. In order to request your roommate/suite mates you must type your roommate and suite mates KeanWise user name. Please ask your roommate and suite mates for their user name. Everyone in the group must have their group’s user names in their respective applications in order for them to be consider a group. 9. Major and sports is another option for students to select. 10. Make sure that you read the term and conditions. Students are responsible for understanding and abiding by the terms and conditions on the application. Check on the box and then click submit. 11. The next step is to pay the $125.00 application fee through the online payment process. Students are able to pay with the following credit cards: Master Card, Discover, Diner’s Club or American Express. 12. Once the payment is verified your application will be submitted and you will not be able to change the application. If you do not submit payment, you will be able to return to your application and all your preferences will still be there. 13. You can also pay the $125 application fee with a check, money order or cash. Payment must be made directly to Student Accounting. Your receipt must be submitted to the Office of Residence Life by February 18, 2011 at 4 p.m. 5
