NOTIFICATION
The following is the probability list containing the Register Numbers of
candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be included in the ranked list
(subject to the verification of the original documents), for selection to the post of
LOWER DIVISION CLERK (BY TRANSFER) on Rs. 5250 – 8390 in
VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS (Category No: 478/10- KOZHIKODE) notified in the
Gazettee dated. 31.12.2010 on the basis of OMR held on 27.08.2011. The Register
Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not
indicate their respective rank on the basis of the marks secured in the OMR Test.
The original documents to prove the Date of Birth, community and
qualifications in respect of the candidates will be verified before the Ranked List is
finalised and published. The date, time & venue fixed for the verification of original
documents will be published later.

Note:- 1. Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to
absolute scrutiny of applications. Inclusion of Register Numbers in this Probability
List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
2. The Candidates who have secured 40 ( Forty ) marks and above are included
in the Probability List.
3. Candidates included in the Probability List should produce original & self
attested photocopies of documents to prove their claims made in the application. ie,
qualification, date of birth, and other benefits, if any, at the time of verification. The
Register Numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents
in person at the time of verification and whose application are found otherwise
defective will be deleted from the probability list without further notice.
4 . According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.
But answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed
instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
5. Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 27.08.2011 will be issued to
those candidates who apply for the same, remitting the prescribed fee, after approval
of the Ranked List.
6. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have
been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose Register Number are not
included in the Probability List are advised to refer Notification No:
ERIIA/1039/2012/EW (Published along with this notification) which contains
Register Numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof.
