JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT ANALYST
Kingsley Associates is seeking a fast-learning, detail-oriented candidate to fill a Project Analyst position in
our San Francisco office. Project Analysts assist Project Managers in every aspect of project
implementation, from writing proposals to delivering strategic recommendations and actionable solutions
to our clients. The position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks, the intensity to focus on small
details and the talent to think “big-picture.” In the delivery of customized research projects for our real
estate clients, job duties typically include project design and management, interviews, data analysis,
report production and writing, presentations, client relations and other operational functions. Occasional
travel may be required.
Success within Kingsley Associates requires that you are a self-starter, exhibit exceptional time
management skills and demonstrate a positive attitude. Candidates should be college graduates with
strong GPAs and should possess 2-4 years of work experience in an office setting – work experience in
research or consulting positions is a plus. Those who can demonstrate proven experience with advanced
use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) will be given preference. Kingsley Associates will be looking for
applicants with the skills and qualities listed above, as well as the following:
• Intense attention to detail
• Advanced quantitative and data analysis skills
• Powerful communication skills, both written and oral
• High degree of computer proficiency (demonstrated advanced uses of MS Word and Excel will be
looked upon favorably; familiarity with HTML and/or other programming language/logic is a bonus)
• Proven problem-solving capabilities
• Strict adherence to established project milestones and deadlines
• Self-motivation/willingness to take initiative
