INVENTIONS FOR QUALITY OF LIFE

The articulated
wheelchair
hoist
- Flexible arm
The arm of Carolift 40 is articulated
both ways and is thereby providing
an almost endless variety of positions.
This feature makes installations
possible in vehicles with
narrow rear openings and snug
compartments.
- Fold down or remove
- Flexible mounting base
The mounting base is designed to enable a
position adjustment of the hoist mounting.
Once the mobility device is stowed inside the vehicle the entire hoist
must be folded to the floor to enable the rear door or boot lid to close.
With hoist removed
and holder
folded
The hoist is detachable and easy to remove from its mounting base by
just lifting it up and away, leaving only the mounting base and hoist
holder in the compartment.
- Installable in sedans and compact cars
The fold down feature makes Carolift 40 an excellent choice for sedans
or estate cars with a sloping and low rear door.
- A lift capacity of 40 kg
The hoist is designed for lifting a load of maximum 40 kg, which comprises
practically all manual wheelchairs in the market.
