Book your appointment with
the Embassy online
On the 1 st of November, the Embassy of the Kingdom
of the Netherlands introduced an online appointment
system for the application of Dutch passports,
Schengen visa or legalisations. This will shorten
the waiting time at the counters, and allows you to
choose a day and time for your appointment which is
convenient for you.
To book an appointment, please go to the website
of the Embassy - www.mfa.nl/sin - and choose from
the available days and time slots. Appointments can be
scheduled on Monday to Friday, between 9am and 1pm.

appointment system you can send an email to
sin-ca@minbuza.nl or call the Embassy from Monday
to Friday between 8.30 am and 5 pm.
OSEA 2010 Trade Show and
Conference
The Embassy is pleased to facilitate the participation of
a Dutch delegation to Singapore for the OSEA (Offshore
South East Asia) 2010 Trade Show and Conference. Holland
Marine Equipment Group (HME) will lead a delegation to
participate as a “Holland Pavilion” at the OSEA Trade show
and Conference in Singapore from 30 November to
3 December.
OSEA will see strong Dutch participation from several
locally based Dutch Companies such as Dockwise Shipping,
Smit, Heerema and IHC Merwede, Radio Holland, Stork and
Bayards Aluminium Constructies BV as well as from Dutch
companies from the Netherlands such as Hart BV, Interdam
Merford BV and SAS BV.
