Streckentrennschalter
Trackside Disconnector
Ein Streckentrennschalter
trennt die ankommende
Fahrleitung und die abgehende
Fahrleitung einer Bahnstrecke,
entweder als Oberleitungstrennschalter
oder als Trennschalter
der dritten Schiene.
Jeder dieser Schalterarten
ermöglicht eine zuverlässige
Verbindung der abgehenden
mit einer ankommenden Fahrleitung
bei Bedarf. Zum Betrieb
des Schalters und auch der
mit dem Schalter verbundenen
Steuereinheit kann entweder
eine externe Spannungsquelle
zur Verfügung stehen oder die
notwendige Betriebsspannung
kann von der Oberleitung oder
der dritten Schiene stammen.
Alle Trennschalter können
händisch oder motorisch
betrieben werden. Der jeweilige
Schaltzustand kann über potentialfreie
Meldevorrichtungen angezeigt
werden. Streckentrennschalter
werden hauptsächlich
zum Schutz des Personals bei
Arbeiten an Betriebsmitteln
oder in der Wartungshalle eingesetzt.
Sie müssen daher sehr
zuverlässig und betriebssicher
sein. Trennschalter dürfen
nur leistungslos geschaltet
werden, das heißt, dass keine
Stromabnehmer bzw. Trafos
im Leerlauf angeschlossen
sind. Sie benötigen daher keine
Vorrichtung zum Löschen des
Lichtbogens. Als Varianten
stehen Trennschalter mit und
ohne Erdungskontakt sowie
Erdungsschalter zur Verfügung.
A trackside switch disconnects
the arriving railway
catenary and the outgoing
railway catenary of a railway
track, either as an overhead
catenary disconnector or as a
disconnector of the third rail.
Each of this switch variants
provides a reliable connection
of the outgoing with an arriving
catenary when required.
For the operation of the switch
as well as for the operation
of the control module that is
connected to the switch can
either be an external voltage
supply source provided or the
required operating voltage can
come from the catenary or the
third rail. All disconnectors
can be operated manually or
remotely. The relative switching
status can be indicated
on a potential-free indicator.
Trackside disconnectors are
mainly used for the protection
of the staff that is working on
operating resources or in the
maintenance hall. Therefore it
must be very reliable and safe.
Disconnectors may only be
switched without power,
that means no collectors or
transformers may be connected
when it is idle. Therefore
you do not need a device to
exthinguish the arc. As variants
are available disconnectors
with and without earthing
contacts as well as earthing
switches.

Die Erdungsschalter für
Mittelspannung sind nach
den geltenden IEC-Regeln
konstruiert. Sie müssen einen
definierten Kurzschlußstrom
in eingeschaltetem Zustand
über eine definierte Zeitdauer
führen, und zum anderen ohne
Revision auf einen Kurzschluß
bei voller Betriebsspannung
einschalten. Die aufgeführten
Erdungstrennschalter sind
zum stromlosen Schalten
bestimmt. Als Varianten
stehen Trennschalter mit und
ohne Erdungskontakt sowie
Erdungsschalter zur Verfügung.
Die Erdungstrennschalter
können händisch oder motorisch
betrieben werden. Der
jeweilige Schaltzustand kann
über potentialfreie Meldevorrichtungen
angezeigt werden.
Ein individuell einstellbarer
Spannungswächter kann in
jedem Schaltertyp integriert
werden.

voltage. The mentioned
earthing disconnectors are
designed as off load devices
and therefore switchings are
without power. As variants are

aus Polyester (zugelassen für Rauch und Feuer, klassifiziert
nach M1F1) oder aus Metall mit doppelter Isolation sein. Ebenso

möglich.

Der Hilfsschalter ist ein von Hand bzw. motorisch betriebener
Schalter für die kurzzeitige Befehlsgabe oder Dauerkontaktgabe.
Maximal sind 4 Schaltpositionen pro 360° möglich.
Der Hilfsschalter wird im Sekundarkreis von Leistungsschaltern
verschiedener Ausprägung und in elektromagnetischen Verriegelungssystemen
eingesetzt und dient
• zur gegenseitigen elektrischen Verriegelung der Systeme
• zum Betätigen von Hilfsschützen, Magnetspulen und Auslösern
