Limitations
2.10 Maneuver Limits
The EA 400 is a normal category airplane. The normal category is
applicable to aircraft intended for non-aerobatic operations. These
include any maneuvers incidental to normal flying, stalls (except
whip stalls), lazy eights, chandelles, and turns in which the
angle of bank is not more than 60°.
Aerobatic maneuvers, including spins, are prohibited.
2.11 Flight Load Factor Limits
1 Wing flaps 0°: +4 G to -1.6 G
2 Wing flaps 15° and 30°: +2 G to 0 G
2.12 Flight Crew Limits
Minimum certificated flight crew is one (1) or refer to the regulations
of the national authority.
2.13 Kinds of Operation
This airplane is approved for day and night VFR and IFR operations,
and flight into icing conditions, when appropriate equipment
is installed and operates correctly.
No NDB-approaches possible. IFR-equipment does not include
an ADF.
