The Norms set for discharge <strong>of</strong> functions<br />
<strong>University</strong> follows the procedure & time limit as prescribed by <strong>Maharashtra</strong> <strong>University</strong> Of<br />
<strong>Health</strong> <strong>Sciences</strong> <strong>Act</strong> 1998, and various Statutes, Ordinance, Rules & Regulations and<br />
Directions made by or under it, if any.<br />

The rules, regulations, instructions, manuals & records, held by it or under its<br />
control or used by its employers for discharging it.<br />
<strong>University</strong> follows the procedure & time limit as prescribed by <strong>Maharashtra</strong> <strong>University</strong> Of<br />
<strong>Health</strong> <strong>Sciences</strong> <strong>Act</strong> 1998, and various Statutes, Ordinance, Rules & Regulations and<br />
Directions made by or under it, if any.<br />

A statement <strong>of</strong> the categories <strong>of</strong> documents that are held by it or under its control.<br />
1. Confidential : a) Minutes & proceeding <strong>of</strong> B.O.E. meetings.<br />
b) Proceedings <strong>of</strong> other Authority meeting.<br />
c) Answer sheets <strong>of</strong> students.<br />
2. Non Confidential : All other documents & records.
