• Mobile Service Delivery - Progress & Next Steps
• The Framework for Mobile Governance was notified in The Gazette of India in February 2012
• Mobile Service Delivery Gateway (MSDG) is being developed by C-DAC :: device- and technology- agnostic
solutions for all delivery channels, including SMS, Voice/ IVR, Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD),
providers at normal non-premium rates for SMS over mobile phones
m-Appstore was opened in January 2012 and can be accessed from http://www.mgov.gov.in/
• MSDG with all its channels is proposed to be fully operational by 31-Dec-2012 :: 125 Depts. proposed to be
integrated with MSDG for deployment and delivery of mobile based services
• MSDG has been enabled for integration with all MMPs
