Stuffed Mushrooms<br />
Ingredients<br />
12 large mushrooms (washed and stems<br />
removed)<br />
Filling<br />
1 can of small or broken shrimp,<br />
drained and rinsed<br />
8 oz softened cream cheese<br />
2 green onions chopped<br />
1 tbsp. lemon juice<br />
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce<br />
1/4 tsp. pepper<br />
Directions<br />
Stuff the mushroom caps<br />
Put in pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes<br />
This can be done in the oven or the BBQ<br />
This can be made a day ahead and baked the<br />
day of the party<br />
