What if the product is damaged in shipping?<br />
Please call to let us know within 30 days of receiving.<br />
Depending on the damage, we will either arrange for a credit<br />
or a re-shipment. Please keep the damaged tapes and box in<br />
which they came. UPS or the shipper may want to inspect<br />
the damage before paying our claim.<br />
What if I ordered the wrong product?<br />
Part of <strong>Tape</strong> Resource’s great service is our 30 day money<br />
back guarantee. As long as the tape or discs are in their original<br />
wrapping, and unused, please call us to arrange for a RA<br />
# (return authorization number) before returning the items.<br />
(Sorry equipment and ink are not returnable unless defective.)<br />
What if <strong>Tape</strong> <strong>Resources</strong> shipped the wrong product?<br />
We sure would be embarrassed! We try hard to make sure<br />
every order is perfect… but sometimes things just go wrong!<br />
Please call us within 30 days of receiving an order and we’ll<br />
issue a call tag to pick up the incorrect items and rush the<br />
replacement items to you… even overnight if necessary!<br />
What if the product appears faulty?<br />
We ship over 3 million tapes and discs every year, and amazingly<br />
there are hardly ever problems with product. When<br />
there is a bad batch, we often find out very quickly! In addition,<br />
we try to contact everyone to whom we may have sold<br />
that product to warn you that there may be a problem. Also,<br />
if there is a known problem, we will gladly rush replacement<br />
products to you.<br />
However in most cases when we get calls, it is an equipment<br />
problem or a cleaning issue. So please check those areas<br />
first. Or try the media in another piece of equipment. If you<br />
are still concerned, please call us and depending on the<br />
problem, we can put you in contact with the manufacturer, or<br />
suggest a solution.<br />
How long will it take for my product to arrive?<br />
On phone orders placed M-F before 6pm ET, or web orders<br />
placed M-F before 5pm ET, we guarantee delivery as indicated<br />
