2. SECOND READING : National Incomes and Pricing Commission Bill (H.B. 10,<br />

2010) - The Minister of Industry and Commerce.<br />

3. COMMITTEE: Consideration of an Adverse Report by the <strong>Parliament</strong>ary Legal<br />

Committee on the Electoral Amendment Bill (H.B. 3, 2011) – Hon. Mushonga<br />

4. SECOND READING : Older Persons Bill (H. B.1,2011) – The Minister of Labour<br />

and Social Services.<br />

5. CO-MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS<br />

THAT WHEREAS subsection (1) of Section 111B of the Constitution of<br />

<strong>Zimbabwe</strong> provides that any convention, treaty or agreement acceded to,<br />

concluded or executed by governments or international organisations shall be<br />

subject to approval by <strong>Parliament</strong>;<br />

WHEREAS the Government of the Republic of <strong>Zimbabwe</strong> ratified the United<br />

Nations Convention against Transitional Organisation Crime of 9 th July 2007;<br />

AND WHEREAS the Government of the Republic of <strong>Zimbabwe</strong> now desires to<br />

ratify the United Nations Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in<br />

Persons, especially Women and Children;<br />

AND WHEREAS the entry into force of the aforesaid Protocol is conditional<br />

upon ratification by the signatory parties in accordance with their respective<br />

constitutional procedures;<br />

NOW THEREFORE, in terms of subsection (1) of Section 111B of the<br />

Constitution, <strong>Parliament</strong> resolves that the aforesaid Protocol be and is hereby<br />

approved for ratification.<br />
