5. Focus on the Good in another<br />
• So easy to find fault<br />
• None that doeth good - Romans 3:12<br />
• Galatians 6:1-2<br />
Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore<br />
such an one in the spirit <strong>of</strong> meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be<br />
tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law <strong>of</strong> <strong>Christ</strong>.<br />
6. Serve in Love & Understanding<br />
• Everyone is serving out <strong>of</strong> love, freely<br />
• Put yourself in another’s shoe – Heb. 10:24<br />
• Not the first angry word that started a quarrel:<br />
• Proverbs 15:1<br />
A s<strong>of</strong>t answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.<br />
7. Work as a Team<br />
• We cannot do it alone<br />
• Two are better than One – Ecclesiastes 4:9<br />

• 3. Do not think too highly – all equal<br />
• 4. Don’t let criticism discourage – learn<br />
• 5. Focus on good <strong>of</strong> all – build unity<br />
• 6. Respond in the spirit it is given<br />
• 7. Do not labour alone – team ministry<br />
