Mastervolt, Inc. promotes Menno Ligterink to the position of General Manager
Hanover, MD, October 2, 2009 – Mastervolt, manufacturer of high-quality electrical power
products and systems solutions, is pleased to announce that Menno Ligterink has been
promoted by Mastervolt International to the position of General Manager of Mastervolt, Inc.
With the company for 10 years, Menno was previously the Sales Manager in the North
American and Asian markets and played a key role in establishing Mastervolt’s presence in
North America. Menno is replacing the past General Manager, Leo Van Hemert, who was
instrumental in launching the Mastervolt’s North American headquarters in Maryland and held
important positions within the recreational marine industry for more than 30 years. Leo is
retiring.
“Menno’s broad understanding of the industry and his prior experience with Mastervolt make
him the ideal person to fill this roll,“ said Paul Kenninck, CEO of Mastervolt International.
