Ms. Shaw-Wilder represents a diverse range of clients in matters<br />
brought in state and federal courts, including contract disputes,<br />
commercial foreclosures, and employment law disputes. Having<br />
been involved in significant litigation, she has a broad range of<br />
trial experience in commercial cases. She has won recognition<br />
from her peers, professional and business publications, and<br />
others. Florida Trend magazine has recognized her as an “Up<br />
and Comer” in the South Florida legal community; she was<br />
named one of the most influential business people under the age<br />
of 40 by Network Miami Magazine; and South Florida CEO<br />
magazine has recognized her as a “Next Generation” leader.<br />
She has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (AV).<br />
In addition to participating in several panel discussions hosted<br />
by organizations such as the Florida Association of Women<br />
Lawyers and the University of Miami Center for Ethics and<br />
Public Service, Ms. Shaw-Wilder has been invited to speak<br />
before members of the National Law Institute and the Florida<br />
Association of Women Lawyers.<br />
Ms. Shaw-Wilder earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1994 from the University of Miami School of<br />
Law and became a member of the Inter-American Law Review and the International Moot Court<br />
Team Association. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 1990.<br />
