Dear 'Henry:<br />
This is to advise you that the Jr. Olympic <strong>Swimming</strong> Committee has<br />
voted to award the sponsorship for the Jr. Olympic Indoor Championships<br />
to the Hi Hi Man! Swim Club. The meet will be held on the Island of<br />
Maui on 3-4 June <strong>1961</strong>.<br />
Approval constitutes authority to proceed with plans for staging<br />
tbis meet as expressed by you on your recent visit to Honolulu.<br />
Detailed planning concerning trials, entry fees, purchase of awards,<br />
officials, etc, will be worked out by an appointed committee of the<br />
Jr. Olympic Swim Committee during the next two weeks.<br />
You will be advised at an early date of their findings and a meeting<br />
will be arranged with your representatives to discuss and finalize<br />
the committee's recommendations.<br />
If there are any questions or recommendation you might have concerning<br />
these arrangements, please advise at an early date.<br />
