OVERALL CLASS COMMENT
Bronze 14.0 0.11 Manzanillo Picual
Good grassy nose. Weaker fruit on palate with a pronounced
pungency.
Bronze 14.0 0.64 Koroneiki
Soft light olive nose with a sweet green banana like fruit palate.
Bronze 13.0 0.56 Koroneiki
Light banana and grassy fruit on the nose. Moderate banana like
fruit throughout.
A consistent class. The standout oil was complex and had the fruit
and balance to be a very versatile oil. Many oils in the class had
lifted aromas but the intensity did not carry through onto the palate.
