I am especially interested in gradually developing my knowledge in the field of economic sciences –
European and monetary economics, migration, European tourism, economic integration, European and
monetary economics, international currencies – especially the Euro, but also a suitable academic
development. Along the years of study I got both theoretical skills in the economic field, but also a
practical experience at national firms (SC SNP Petrom Craiova, SC Modexim SA Craiova).

The scientific research activity was based on publishing of more than 60 articles in specialty
magazines, attendance to more than 40 national and international conferences, publishing as a sole
author or in collaboration of 14 books, publishing of a research book in the field of tourism in a
renowned publishing house recognized internationally from Germany, attendance to 14 scientific
research contracts, from which 4 as a project manager.
I have lead as a project manager two research projects in the field of tourism in the years 2006 and
2007-2010during CNCSIS AT competitions and PN II, IDEI project, I have edited in the last years 6
books of research and university guides in the field of tourism and what strategies to adopt in this field.
