Voice control system (available in conjunction
with Navigation system Professional) allows
you to control functions such as radio station
selection, navigation destinations or telephone
system entries while on the move. These
functions are shown simultaneously in the
Control Display.
TV function allows the Control Display to
be used as a television when the vehicle is
stationary. Both analogue and digital (DVB-T)
programs can be viewed.
BMW Assist* , offers a range of services to
support the driver: automatic and manual
emergency call, RTTI, Google Send to Car and
personal Information Service.
BMW Online* , provides access to online
services (email, customised portals for news
and weather, the Google Maps database.).
Internet preparation* for unrestricted
online access when the vehicle is stationary.
Apps* for integrating iPhone applications
including access to services such as Facebook,
Twitter and online radio.
Connectivity package comprises mobile
phone preparation with Bluetooth interface (incl.
hands-free kit, sockets for charger and external
antenna) and USB/audio interface for a USB stick
or MP player, as well as the music interface
for smartphones. Track titles are shown in the
Control Display (only in conjunction with a
navigation system).
