Log Book Transcription Project Team<br />

From October 2011 through March 2012 a team of volunteer transcribers, supported by<br />

professional staff from the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary and the <strong>Alpena</strong> <strong>County</strong><br />

<strong>Library</strong>, worked to transcribe three plus years of original notations in the original log book of<br />

the side-wheel steamship “S.S. City of <strong>Alpena</strong>”. With thanks to all and appreciation for a job<br />
