CHARACTERISTICS
Compound Woltman water meter
The primary meter (horizontal axial helix Woltmann with
interchangeable mechanism, model DATAWATER WP) is
parallely connected to a multi jet water meter (DS TBR).
The meter is provided with a special spring-operated
switch-over valve which diverts the water flow from the
primary meter to the by-pass meter depending on the flow
rate.
• Wide measuring range
• Both meters are EEC approved; the switch-over valve
is approved by the German Institute for Metrology
PTB.
• Working temperature: 30 °C (security up to 50 °C)
• Compact dimensions
• Suitable for horizontal installation
• Designed for bulk applications where large variations
in flow occur (schools, hospitals, swimming pools,
etc.) and for use in fire hydrants.
