ABSOLUT COSMOPOLITAN
Invented by Cheryl Cook in the 1980's and
originally using ABSOLUT citron. This classic
pretty pink cocktail is the drink of choice with the
Sex and the City girls! It features ABSOLUT
citron vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and
orange bitters shaken with ice and garnished with
orange zest.
ABSOLUT BLOODY MARY
A hot and spicy ABSOLUT twist on a classic
cocktail invented by Fernand Petiot at Harry's
New York Bar, Paris during 1920. Featuring a
blend of ABSOLUT peppar, Worcester sauce,
Tabasco sauce, lemon, tomato juice and
seasoning.
ABSOLUT MARTINI
ABSOLUT's take on James Bond's drink of
choice, featuring ABSOLUT original vodka, Dry
Vermouth and ice, shaken not stirred in his case,

CUBAN MOJITO
Born in Havana, this classic cocktail is one of
Cuba's oldest cocktails, but gained popularity in
the 1930's. Mojito is derived from 'Mojo'
meaning 'little spell'. Havana Club 3yo, mint
leaves, lime juice, sugar syrup, soda water, crushed
ice, mint sprig
DAIQUIRI
Named after the Daiquiri beach near Santiago,
Cuba. The original cocktail was invented in 1900
in the Venus bar, Santiago, by a group of
American mining engineers. A fusion of Havana
Club 3 year old, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup
shaken with ice and served with a slice of lemon.
CUBA LIBRE
Cuba Libre was the battle cry of the Cuban
Liberation Army during the war of independence
that ended in 1878. American troops introduced
cola to the islands and soon locals were mixing
their rum with cola and toasting 'Cuba Libre'
meaning 'free Cuba'. The Cuba Libre cocktail
features Havana Club Especial rum topped with
cola and lime juice on ice, garnished with a slice of
lime.

BEEFEATER MARTINI
The Martini, believed to have been created by
Jerry Thomas at the Occidental Hotel, San
Francisco and named after the nearby town of
Martinez. Martinis were all the rage in the 1930's
and fuelled the new event - cocktail hour!
Featuring a blend of Beefeater Gin, Dry
Vermouth and orange bitters stirred with ice and
served chilled with a lemon twist.
BEEFEATER COLLINS
Invented in 1876, by the American father of
mixology, Jerry Thomas, this classic cocktail is a
practical joke turned timeless after the Great
Tom Collins Hoax. It features a mix of Beefeater
Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup stirred
with ice and topped with soda water.
BRAMBLE
Beefeater Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar
poured over crushed ice and drizzled with Crème
de Mure. This classic cocktail was created by Dick
Bradsell at Fred's Club in Soho, London and is
one of the most enduring and endearing drinks to
come out of the 1980's.
