citron vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and<br />
orange bitters shaken with ice and garnished with<br />
orange zest.<br />
ABSOLUT BLOODY MARY<br />
A hot and spicy ABSOLUT twist on a classic<br />
cocktail invented by Fernand Petiot at Harry's<br />
New York <strong>Bar</strong>, Paris during 1920. Featuring a<br />
blend of ABSOLUT peppar, Worcester sauce,<br />
Tabasco sauce, lemon, tomato juice and<br />

CUBAN MOJITO<br />
Born in Havana, this classic cocktail is one of<br />
Cuba's oldest cocktails, but gained popularity in<br />
the 1930's. Mojito is derived from 'Mojo'<br />
meaning 'little spell'. Havana Club 3yo, mint<br />
leaves, lime juice, sugar syrup, soda water, crushed<br />
ice, mint sprig<br />
DAIQUIRI<br />
Named after the Daiquiri beach near Santiago,<br />
Cuba. The original cocktail was invented in 1900<br />
in the Venus bar, Santiago, by a group of<br />
American mining engineers. A fusion of Havana<br />
Club 3 year old, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup<br />
shaken with ice and served with a slice of lemon.<br />
CUBA LIBRE<br />
Cuba Libre was the battle cry of the Cuban<br />
Liberation Army during the war of independence<br />
that ended in 1878. American troops introduced<br />
cola to the islands and soon locals were mixing<br />
their rum with cola and toasting 'Cuba Libre'<br />
meaning 'free Cuba'. The Cuba Libre cocktail<br />
features Havana Club Especial rum topped with<br />
cola and lime juice on ice, garnished with a slice of<br />

BEEFEATER MARTINI<br />
The Martini, believed to have been created by<br />
Jerry Thomas at the Occidental Hotel, San<br />
Francisco and named after the nearby town of<br />
Martinez. Martinis were all the rage in the 1930's<br />
and fuelled the new event - cocktail hour!<br />
Featuring a blend of Beefeater Gin, Dry<br />
Vermouth and orange bitters stirred with ice and<br />
served chilled with a lemon twist.<br />
BEEFEATER COLLINS<br />
Invented in 1876, by the American father of<br />
mixology, Jerry Thomas, this classic cocktail is a<br />
practical joke turned timeless after the Great<br />
Tom Collins Hoax. It features a mix of Beefeater<br />
Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup stirred<br />
with ice and topped with soda water.<br />
BRAMBLE<br />
Beefeater Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar<br />
poured over crushed ice and drizzled with Crème<br />
de Mure. This classic cocktail was created by Dick<br />
Bradsell at Fred's Club in Soho, London and is<br />
one of the most enduring and endearing drinks to<br />
