You will have opportunity at the party to place your order, or 

simply ask questions, in private with our agent. 

If the stock is on site, and you are paying by cash or eftpos, then 

you can take it home with you. If it is not on site at the party, 

please allow two weeks for delivery - it may be sooner, but 

should be no more than two weeks unless there is a unexpected 

delay with our supplier - in which case we will let you know. 

Your hostess has paid a deposit to have the party, so it would be 

nice if you placed your order at the party, to add to her sales total 

for gifting, and to qualify for a refund of the deposit (if paid up 

sales are under $500 the deposit goes to the agent for their time. 

If you do need to discuss some items with your partner before 

ordering, as long as the order is placed within one week of the

Payment Options: If you dont have cash or cards with you at the 

party, you can still place an order. Likewise if you need to wait 

for payday. To ensure we can add the order to your hosts party

Goods Delivery: Goods will not be issued until payment has 

cleared through the banking system. Once cleared, you can 

expect to receive our most popular products within 2-3 working 

days. 

If there will be a delay, due to the item being out of stock, you will 

be advised via email - please check your spam/junk mail if 

product has not been received within a few days in case our 

email got diverted. 

Warranty: Full details are outlined on our website but in summary 

- if a product is faulty, it can be returned within 30 calendar days 

for replacement. No fault related returns outside 30 calendar 

days will be accepted unless the product has an extended 

warranty, such as LELO products - so please, put them to good

typically they are much higher quality, and most 

manufacturers offer a 1 yr warranty on them. 

The only downside is if you dont use them 

regularly ie leave them sitting around for 

months on end, they can lose their charge, or 

they may run out at a most inconvenient 

moment! I particularly rate the LELO brand. If 

you are buying a gift, LELO is bound to impress

Battery operated vibes have the convenience of
