We had referred, in several technical researches, to
this falling channel as a third phase in a bear market;
Overall structure, Momentum and volume pattern
were our main clues that the security is falling from
its own weight and sellers are getting weaker and
weaker, but we were waiting for buyers to come in.
Taking out this falling channel, with thrust in momentum
and volume, indicates that the balance is turning
out in the favor of bulls and as a result we recommend
traders to Buy Dips.
