breakwater system. Responsible for supervision and coordination of experimental
analysis and theoretical modeling; also in charge of strategic planning related to the
commercial launch of the new product in Europe and the Middle East.
Artsana Spa.(Chicco) General direction Como, Italy
Project Manager/ Consultant: Responsible for strategy project to support the creation of a
new service company. Developed the sector analysis, the business plan and the
logistics framework. Also worked in the re-engineering project of the European
supply chain model, including an analysis of distribution costs and logistics
procedures as well as the development of a new model to support the centralization
of logistic activities. Finally, contributed in a project related to the development of a
new workflow system for the marketing department (in collaboration with IBM).
