Project manager: Worked as project manager in a project for the development of a new<br />

breakwater system. Responsible for supervision and coordination of experimental<br />

analysis and theoretical modeling; also in charge of strategic planning related to the<br />

commercial launch of the new product in Europe and the Middle East.<br />

Artsana Spa.(Chicco) General direction Como, Italy<br />

Project Manager/ Consultant: Responsible for strategy project to support the creation of a<br />

new service company. Developed the sector analysis, the business plan and the<br />

logistics framework. Also worked in the re-engineering project of the European<br />

supply chain model, including an analysis of distribution costs and logistics<br />

procedures as well as the development of a new model to support the centralization<br />

of logistic activities. Finally, contributed in a project related to the development of a<br />

new workflow system for the marketing department (in collaboration with IBM).<br />
