The financing of criminal and terrorist activities is an<br />
international problem of massive proportions, which<br />
must be addressed with an international solution,<br />
exploiting where possible state-of-the-art technology<br />
solutions to identify suspicious transactions in a way<br />
that allows law enforcement intervention in a timely<br />
manner, armed with the best possible tools that<br />
facilitate capturing new AML/ATF methods and<br />
practices.<br />
