4. Printed Menu Cards<br />

No matter how pretty the menu cards at<br />

weddings look, they’re just a huge<br />

unnecessary expense. Trust me; guests are<br />

only interested in food <strong>and</strong> drinks, not the<br />

menu itself. The most the guests will do is<br />

that they will admire it for 5 seconds <strong>and</strong><br />

then move on. If you really want <strong>to</strong> show<br />

the menu, then you can display it on a big<br />

black board in the corner of the dining<br />

area. A black board is not expensive, <strong>and</strong><br />

all it takes is quarter a bar of chalk <strong>to</strong><br />

write the menu on it.
