I hope our veterans can make out<br />

the teardrop. It shows the two Trade<br />

Tower Buildings in flame and<br />

smoke after being hit by planes.<br />

Rear photo is great also. Let us<br />

know how it was received at the<br />

truck show. It should win first prize<br />

if there is one.<br />

Gulf Coast Chapter #1 of Alabama<br />

<strong>The</strong> chapter<br />

held their annual<br />

American/<strong>Korean</strong><br />

picnic on the last<br />

Sunday of October<br />

and it was a smashing<br />

success. <strong>The</strong>re<br />

were about 100 in<br />

attendance and the<br />

western food<br />

mixed with the<br />

<strong>Korean</strong> cuisine was<br />

outstanding. <strong>The</strong><br />

fellowship was<br />

enjoyed by all and<br />

we look forward to<br />

next year’s picnic.<br />

Members gather to pay farewell to Herbert D. Paul who died 8-24-01. Neil<br />

Livingston and Tommy Simmons also passed in 2001. We are trying to get<br />

our memorial built before our ranks diminish further. Shown l to r: Mackie<br />
