The presentations were made at 9 a.m. on December 8th in the<br />
auditorium at the MacArthur Memorial in Norfolk, VA, which<br />
was made available through the good graces of William Davis<br />
(Col, USMC Ret.) Col Davis is the director of the MacArthur<br />
Memorial.<br />
Presenting the certificates were<br />

and John Edwards, State<br />
Commander (Department of<br />
Virginia, KWVA). There were 73<br />
individuals present for the awards;<br />
40 individuals received the certificates.<br />
At the conclusion of the presentation,<br />
the individuals were invited<br />
to meet in one of the facility’s classrooms<br />
for coffee and an information<br />
session on membership in KWVA<br />
and about the Revisit program.<br />

in Texarkana, TX.<br />
We installed new officers at our December 2012 meeting.<br />
They include Treasurer Charles Terry, President Gene Welch,<br />
Secretary Bill Bean, 2nd VP Jeff Holder and 1st VP Vance Scott.<br />
