Cool Containers are made of rigid single 

molded polyurethane to provide the 

durability needed for chilling temperature

Cryostorage Boxes 

Safely store vials from –196 to +121°C for repeated 

use in mechanical freezers as well as liquid nitrogen! 

Our polycarbonate boxes are designed with unique features to 

help orient, identify, and access vials with ease. The forwardsloped 

base and high-contrast, imprinted indexing on the 

transparent lid ensure quick visual orientation. 

Hinged lid allows easy one-handed access to samples. A builtin 

stop prevents the lid from swinging too far when the box is 

picked up by the lid, helping to prevent accidental spills. 

The 5 x 5 array box does not have hinged lid. All boxes include

Innovative horizontal drawer system for cryogenic 

storage boxes in upright freezers 

The highly-functional Arctic Squares ® freezer rack is 

constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with 

four drawers to hold 16 boxes. Drawers feature a unique 

stop that when fully extended pivot down allowing for 

easy box access. Polycarbonate drawer handles provide 

a user-friendly grip. Includes a slot and label for drawer/

Innovative design saves space in your freezer! 

Our externally threaded vial design allows you to easily fill up all standard sized 

cryogenic storage boxes. Freezer space is 23% more efficient as compared with 

leading cryogenic internally threaded vial brands. Each vial has extra-thick walls 

for superior puncture and rupture protection, imprinted writing area, graduation 

marks, silicone rubber seal ring, and self-standing base. Unique patented lid 

opens easily with gloved fingers and is available in assorted colors, reducing 

the need for tags or coders. Not recommended for liquid phase LN 2 

immersion.

Ergonomic pipette controller features an 

adjustable pivot arm and LCD indicating battery 

change/speed settings 

The adjustable pivot arm rotates to five positions: 0°, 5°, 

10°, 15°, and 20° providing for more flexibility especially 

when working in restricted spaces; such as fume-hoods or 

clean cabinets. 

The Rota-Filler 5000 features a liquid crystal display 

(LCD) with easy-to-read battery charge levels and 

speed gravity settings. The pipette controller includes a 

rechargeable NiMH battery pack that provides 8 hours of 

continuous operation. Visual battery indicator flashes when 

battery is low. Adjustable speed dial provides improved 

control with a wider range of settings: faster maximum

The Rota-Filler 3000 combines a powerful motor with 

a lightweight, ergonomic design; a reflection of our

as textured grip, hand-neutral design for right- and lefthanded

ensure the filler provides many hours of stress-free filling

Filling and dispensing speed is easily set with a single 

switch. Force liquid out of the pipette by setting the unit 

to low- or high-speed blow-out mode, or flip to gravity

without the motor. Filler accommodates glass and plastic 

pipettes ranging in volume from 1 to 100 mL. The filter in 

the polypropylene nozzle prevents contamination. 

A red low-battery indicator signals when the batteries

Manual pipette controller is lightweight and easy to use! 

Heathrow Scientific’s RF1000 is the manual entry in the Rota-Filler ® family and is 

uniquely designed for one-handed operation. Simply squeeze the main bulb, and 

push the toggle forward to aspirate or back to dispense. Push the blow-out bulb to 

expel any liquid remaining in the pipette. 

The RF1000 accommodates graduated or volumetric pipettes (glass or plastic) and

the Droplet Tray and can hold up to 11 urine sample containers. 

Inserts have nine spaces for round containers up to 59 mm 

max diameter and two square spaces for containers up to 64 

mm diameter. Inserts come with grid pieces for the two square 

spaces and can store either 4 (50 mL) tubes or 9 (15 mL) 

tubes depending on set-up. Polystyrene inserts sold in packs of
