The Compliance Planner presented the report outlining the breach of planning c<strong>on</strong>trol at<br />
the Salutati<strong>on</strong> Hotel, Ambleside, which it was c<strong>on</strong>sidered expedient to take enforcement<br />
acti<strong>on</strong> against. Since writing the report, the landowner had agreed to remove the<br />
c<strong>on</strong>tainers, but the Compliance Planner felt it prudent to c<strong>on</strong>tinue to serve the<br />
enforcement notice.<br />
