Procedure:<br />
1. Add Carbopol ® * Aqua SF-2 Polymer to Deionized Water <strong>with</strong> mixing.<br />
2. Add Sodium Laureth Sulfate <strong>with</strong> gentle mixing. Mix until uniform.<br />
3. Neutralize to pH 6.5 <strong>with</strong> Sodium Hydroxide (18%). Mix until uniform.<br />
4. Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine <strong>with</strong> gentle mixing. Mix until uniform.<br />
5. PART B: In a separate vessel, dissolve Disodium EDTA in Deionized Water. Add to<br />
the batch and mix until uniform.<br />
6. PART C: Add ingredients 8 - 14 in order <strong>with</strong> mixing. Mix until uniform.<br />
7. Adjust pH to 4.8-5.0 <strong>with</strong> Citric Acid (50%). Mix until uniform.<br />
8. Add Beads and Glitter <strong>with</strong> gentle mixing.
