activities over the course of 50 years. Furthermore, the paper gives a good overview of the history<br />
of population movement. The source highlights how successful the Fund has been and emphasizes<br />
the challenges that still remain. The timeline at the end will be an excellent help for delegates to<br />

delegates in order to receive a better understanding of the general work of <strong>UNFPA</strong> and to get an<br />
overview of the recent initiatives. It provides facts, comments from delegations, and graphs on<br />
various specific topics such as maternal health, gender equality or harnessing the power of data.<br />
Furthermore, it offers information on the progress in different regions of the world. It is a great<br />
way to look at the focus of the <strong>United</strong> <strong>Nations</strong> Population Fund and its work towards achieving the<br />

The <strong>UNFPA</strong> Strategic Plan 2014-2017 has three informational notes that address the current and<br />
potential challenges in the future for Member States. It also gives the reader a better<br />
understanding and direction of <strong>UNFPA</strong>. The 2014-2017 plan addresses the unfinished agenda in<br />
Cairo, but particularly focuses on reproductive health and reproductive rights. The document may<br />
set the foundation needed for delegates to build better strategies and get in the appropriate<br />
