• NYACK SCHOLARS SYMPOSIUM, a discussion of the life
and enduring influence of JS Bach, his writing for the transverse
flute with performances of some of his famous works.

• CHAMBERFEST BENEFIT CONCERT: A performance of the
upcoming “Chamberfest Asia 2013” tour program. This crosscultural
concert program showcases sacred, classical, folk,
Broadway and gospel chamber & choral music.
Thurs, Nov 15 at 7pm. A free-will offering will be taken to
benefit the cost of the tour.
• AMASI TRIO FACULTY CONCERT: Dr. Tammy Lum, piano;
Prof. Sungrai Sohn, violin and Dr. Chungsun Kim, cello perform

“Twelfth Night” at Nyack High
Students of the acclaimed Nyack High School Drama Club
perform William Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night.” Tickets,
available at the door, are $12 adult, $7 for student.

Artist of the Month
FRENCH-BORN MAX BOUNAN came to the US in 1959.
A landscape painter and graphic designer for more than 40
years, his atmospheric landscapes in oils and acrylics will be
on view at the Corner Frame Shop through November, 2012
in an exhibition entitled, “Lost in Time: Old Mediterranean
Villages”
The public is invited to attend the Artist’s Reception on
Sun, Nov 4 from 2 to 5pm at The Corner Frame Shop,
