many forms and includes verbal conduct (for example, racial or
sexual epithets, foul lqnguage, unwanted sexual flirtations,
commentaries about an individual's body I, ethnic jokes, derogatory
statements, slurs), physical conduct (for example; improper
touching, assault) or visual harassment (for example, sexually
explicit or racially or sexually derogatory posters, obscene
gestures, cartoons, drawings).
The Board recognizes that sexual harassment can originate
from a person of either sex against a person of the opposite or
same sex, and from peers as well as supervisors.
