(a)<br />

(f)<br />
traction engines;<br />
mechanically propelled rollers;<br />
cranes fitted with self-laying tracks;<br />
excavators fitted with self-laying tracks;<br />
tractors or machines used solely in agricultural, land<br />
management or roading operations, whether for<br />
traction or otherwise, that are not operated at a<br />
speed exceeding 30 km/h, together with any trailers<br />
operated only while being towed by those tractors<br />
or machines;<br />
trailers designed exclusively for agricultural purposes<br />
and not operated except when being:<br />
(i)<br />
(ii)<br />
(iii)<br />
(iv)<br />
delivered from a manufacturer to the<br />
manufacturer’s agent; or<br />
taken to or from an agricultural show for<br />
display or demonstration purposes; or<br />
taken from one part of a farm to another part<br />
of that farm, or from one farm to another<br />
farm owned or managed by the same person;<br />
or<br />
taken to or from a farm by an agricultural<br />
contractor for the purpose of cultivation or<br />
harvest other than operations connected with<br />
the logging of trees and the cartage of<br />
fertiliser or lime or bulk liquids;<br />
