Business Data Sense
O2 Business Data Sense is the standard data tariff available with O2 business voice tariffs for 2+ connections.
Business Data Sense allows you to use our Mobile Web and Mobile Web VPN services and our DataLink
solutions. The first ½ Megabyte (MB) or 512Kb of Mobile Web / Data Bearer access is free each month, then
after that access is priced at £1.80 per Mb.

1. Data usage is measured in megabytes (MB). 1Mb = 1024 Kilobytes (Kb), 1024 MB = 1 Gigabyte (GB).
2. Data usage is rounded to the nearest kilobyte on a daily basis and charges are rounded up to the
nearest 1p.
3. You are billed for the amount of data that travels over the data network. Please note that your bill may
include charges for re-sent data packets and packets added to control the flow of data over the
network.
4. The Charges set out within this Charges Schedule do not incorporate data roaming rates which are set
out elsewhere along with a list of the current countries with whom O2 have a roaming agreement.
5. The relevant device must be data compatible and enabled.
6. All prices shown are for payment by Direct Debit – a different rate may apply if paying by another
method.
7. Access to data services is subject to coverage.
8. Connection is subject to status and credit checking.
9. Minimum term of 12 months applies to stand alone data tariffs. The Minimum Period is 3 months, if
added to a voice tariff at initial purchase date. The Minimum Period is 1 month if added after initial
purchase date.

Notes applicable to Data Max 1024
The Data Max 1024 subscription package allows you unlimited user of O2’s 3G/GPRS mobile data services.
Fair usage policy applies and average monthly usage is expected to be below 1024MB. O2 reserves the right
to apply extra charges or to withdraw the Data Max 1024 service from any individual at any time in the case of
suspected overuse or abuse of the service. Any charges introduced shall be binding and final as between You
and O2 and shall not be the subject of mediation or arbitration.

Minimum 2 connections on 128MB Group Shared Bundle. The prices shown apply from 29 th April 2005. A 15%
discount on the additional user subscription is available for customers also taking a voice subscription.
