Dear Friend of Oakland Catholic:
At Oakland Catholic we develop the spiritual, intellectual and personal potential of each young
woman. Students from single gender schools find their voices sooner and emerge prepared to thrive
at institutions of higher education of choice. This provides a critical extra measure of preparation
for them to head into the world ready to embark upon the challenges of a technological and global
society. Oakland Catholic High School fills a necessary educational role in the community. It
provides a Catholic-centered learning experience to a diverse group of motivated young women.
In a world that increasingly requires creative thinking, ability to make difficult decisions, and
knowledge that reflects the times, Oakland Catholic continues to create the leaders of tomorrow.
As we continue to strive to bridge the gap between the actual cost of educating young women at
Oakland Catholic High School and the tuition paid by parents for students attending Oakland
Catholic, the OC Eagle Classic Golf Tournament provides an opportunity for you to help us meet
this challenge.
We invite you to join us at the 10th Annual OC Eagle Classic Golf Tournament scheduled for
Monday, April 29, 2013. If you are not able to golf, consider supporting sponsorship opportunity
or a donation. Your tax-deductible contribution as a tournament participant, sponsor or donor
provides you a chance to donate to this worthy cause, gain recognition at the event and/or enjoy
a day of golf at the Fox Chapel Golf Club-one of Pittsburgh’s finest golf clubs.
The day will begin with Registration, use of the driving range and lunch from 10:00–11:30 a.m.
A scramble format will begin with a shotgun start at 12:00 noon, followed by a 19th Hole Cocktail
Reception at 5:00 p.m., Dinner, Live Auction and the Awards Program at 6:00 p.m. Tournament
awards and auction prizes will be distributed at the dinner program.

consideration. To ensure your reservation on the course, please complete the registration form
with your level of support and return with payment by April 8, 2013 to Oakland Catholic High
