This year’s menu starts with Seared Ahi Salad Niçoise with watercress sauce; followed by a main course of Rabbit Three Ways with Molé sauce, Polenta and Poached Spiced Pears; and finished with a dessert of Passion Fruit Panna Cotta, White Chocolate Mousse, Almond Tuile & Passion Fruit Fettuccini.
