It is essential that all competitors sign and return a completed entry form and fee to us as soon as possible to receive their entry pack.<br />

Entering this challenge is competitive but can also be educational and a bit of fun for climbers of all abilities and experiance. Please<br />

encourage and respect your fellow climbers, one day you may be working together.<br />

Following the event we reserve the right to use your image in any publicity or promotional material we may produce including<br />

photographs on our website. Photographs and editorial may also be appearing in the trade press.<br />

<strong>2012</strong> ARBORIST TREE CHALLENGE - WAIVER FORM<br />

A.T.C WAIVER AND HOLD-HARMLESS BY CONTESTANT<br />

In consideration of acceptance of my application for entry as a contestant in the competition, I hereby waive any<br />

and all claims I may have at any time, and any and all claims which might otherwise he made by, or on behalf<br />

of, or on account of me, or by any person or entity in any way as my subrogees against THE<br />

ARBORICULTURAL ASSOCIATION, ARBJOBS its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, guests,<br />

invitees, and any person who would be lawfully entitled to indemnification from any of them for any liability to,<br />

or on behalf of, or on account of me, for any injuries or damages of any kind what so ever arising on account of<br />

or in consequence of my activities or participation in the ARBORIST TREE CHALLENGE, or in any other<br />

way related to the ARBORIST TREE CHALLENGE. I further agree to hold THE ARBORICULTURAL<br />
