DESCRIPTION:<br />
This two storey detached stone built property stands in a triangular<br />
shaped site and benefits from an area of garden ground to the rear in<br />
which is located a small shed. It is of traditional construction with<br />
roughcast stone walls under a pitched slate roof. The bathroom<br />
extension, which has an asbestos cement sheet roof, has been created<br />
between the two rear wings, one of which houses the kitchen and the<br />
other the former police cells.<br />
The windows of the main dwelling are uPVC double glazed units, and<br />
those of the former police station are timber framed, fixed pane, single<br />
glazed units. Heating is provided by oil fired radiators.<br />
Internallly walls and ceilings are either lath and plaster or plasterboard,<br />
the ground floors are suspended timber or concrete with suspended<br />
timber upper floors. Internal doors are either timber panelled or flush<br />
face hollow core.<br />
