A HANDWASHING SIGN WAS MISSING FROM THE HAND SINK AT THE END OF THE
BACK COUNTER ACROSS FROM THE ISLAND OASIS MACHINE. THE PIC HAD TWO
HANDWASHING SIGNS AT THE OTHER HAND SINK, SO ONE SIGN WAS MOVED BACK
TO THIS SINK. CORRECTED.
Closing Comments:
EXCELLENT INSPECTION TODAY! THE PIC HAS MADE CHANGES TO PROCEDURES AND MENU
CHANGES (ISLAND OASIS, ETC.) THAT HAVE FREED UP STORAGE SPACE AND ALLOWED FOR BETTER
ORGANIZATION OF FOOD STUFFS AND OTHER ITEMS. DATEMARKING IS EXCELLENT. FOOD TEMPS
WERE ALL VERY GOOD.
I WAS TOLD THE NEW COMPRESSOR FOR THE BROKEN PIZZA MAKE UNIT CAME IN TODAY,
ALLOWING IT TO BE FIXED AND PUT BACK INTO USE VERY SOON. HOPEFULLY THE DOLLARS WILL
COME THROUGH FOR A NEW SANDWICH MAKE UNIT AND THE DAYS OF THE DOOR THAT
CONSTANTLY FALLS OFF THE CURRENT MAKE UNIT WILL BE OVER.
